These include:

- Preparation of all documents relating to the amendment of the Articles of Association and filing such application to the Registrar of Companies.
- Arranging and preparing all documents necessary to convene the Annual General Meeting and submission of the Annual Return at the Registrar of Companies.
- Preparing all documents for the registration and discharge of charges and mortgages and submission of these with the Registrar of Companies.
- Ordering certificates from the Registrar of Companies and arranging their apostilisation.
- Preparing all necessary documents to file and obtain a company Tax Identification Number and Tax Certificate and submitting such application with the Tax Authorities.
